A business degree from a recognized higher learning institution<br \/>2. Experience in lending and debt recovery for not less than 10 years<br \/>3. Must demonstrate a track record of good performance in previous jobs<br \/>4. Experience in heading credit department for not less than 5 years<\/p><p><strong>Other job-related qualities for both positions<\/strong><br \/>1. Honesty and integrity are the most important values related to these jobs<br \/>2. Work with minimum supervision<br \/>3. Ability to make good decisions and remain accountable<br \/>4. Ability to maintain all documents related to recoveries<br \/>5.
