The company<br \/>mission is to transform businesses to create wealth and jobs through provision of credit and business<br \/>development services. The company focus is to support medium enterprises to take advantage of business<br \/>opportunities by timely access to credit and business advisory services.<\/p><p><strong>CREDIT OFFICIERS POSITIONS<\/strong><br \/>The company has vacancies for experienced credit officers. The following are the key duties<br \/>related to this position:<br \/>1. Build and manage a high performing loan portfolio<br \/>2. Market and get quality clients<br \/>3. Promote the company brand and products<br \/>4. Conduct loan appraisal and approval processes<br \/>5. Collect loan principal and interest on time<br \/>6. Maintain updated client databases<br \/>7. Conduct clients site visits<br \/>8. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports<br \/>9. Effectively work with service providers to collect loans that are not performing<br \/>10. Provide clients with business advisory services when required.<\/p><p>The candidates must meet the following qualifications.<\/p><p><strong>Qualifications and work experience<\/strong><br \/>1. A business degree from a recognized higher learning institution<br \/>2. Or a diploma in business or cooperative management studies with experience of not less than<br \/>5 years in lending<br \/>3. Experience in lending and debt recovery for not less than 5 years<br \/>4.
