JOB VACANCY: CREDIT OFFICERS
Bridge Capital is a medium-sized company that has been in existence for over 14 years. The company
mission is to transform businesses to create wealth and jobs through provision of credit and business
development services. The company focus is to support medium enterprises to take advantage of business
opportunities by timely access to credit and business advisory services.

CREDIT OFFICIERS POSITIONS
The company has vacancies for experienced credit officers. The following are the key duties
related to this position:
1. Build and manage a high performing loan portfolio
2. Market and get quality clients
3. Promote the company brand and products
4. Conduct loan appraisal and approval processes
5. Collect loan principal and interest on time
6. Maintain updated client databases
7. Conduct clients site visits
8. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports
9. Effectively work with service providers to collect loans that are not performing
10. Provide clients with business advisory services when required.

The candidates must meet the following qualifications.

Qualifications and work experience
1. A business degree from a recognized higher learning institution
2. Or a diploma in business or cooperative management studies with experience of not less than
5 years in lending
3. Experience in lending and debt recovery for not less than 5 years
4. Must demonstrate a track record of good performance in previous jobs
