Operations Manager

The holder of this position will ensure the company operations are effectively handled and the
growth strategy is implemented and will also develop his or her own loan portfolio. The key duties
are:
• Management of staff to ensure they are motivated and targets are met
• Management of all company resources
• Ensure customers are served well and on time
• Lead in developing and implementing company strategy
• Ensure the company maintains a health loan portfolio
• Build and manage own loan portfolio
• Manage stakeholders
• Ensure the company is compliant with policies and laws
• Lead and manage a profitable company
• Report to the board and directors

Qualifications and work experience
1. A business degree from a recognized higher learning institution
2. Experience in lending and debt recovery for not less than 10 years
3. Must demonstrate a track record of good performance in previous jobs
4. Experience in heading credit department for not less than 5 years
